The Material of Legends

Thousands of years ago, Dhaka muslin, was the finest cloth in the world. Bangladeshi Saifal Islam, is bringing it back. He runs Bengal Muslin, a heritage crafting operation. His first step, is cultivating the phuki karpas cotton plant, to create the thread that can handle a 1200-thread count. Modern muslin only has about 80 threads.
