Richard Brock found what might be the largest gold nugget, ever found in England, using a metal detector. The nugget weighed 64.8 grams, and is worth about $38,000. That’s tiny compared to he biggest nugget ever found with a metal detector. That was a 26-pound boot-shaped nugget, found in the Sonoran Desert.
