Floating moss balls, also called marimo, are algae found in lakes in Japan and Iceland. The fuzzy green balls float to the surface at dawn, and sink at dusk. Some foxes at the Springfield Country Club in Massachusetts, had their own game to play. When a golfer hit his ball near them, a fox ran over and snatched the ball! He did not bring the ball back. Apparently, a group of 5 foxes has been stealing golf balls all summer!
