Horsing Around

Horses have lived on Earth for over 50,000,000 years. Humans domesticated them, to help them travel, farm, or compete in races, but there are still horses that live in the wild. Horses can run up to 55 miles-per-hour! The world’s tallest horse, Big Jake, is over 7 feet tall. Thumbelina, the word’s smallest horse, was only 17 inches!

The biodegradable pods give creatures like bandicoots, possums, and geckos, a place to hide. As plants grow through holes in the shelters, the pods decompose into the landscape.

Cutest Bear Attack Ever

A mama bear must have thought it would be good wrestling practice for her cub, because she stood by watching her baby bear climb all over the reindeer decoration. After briefly pinning the 6-foot deer, the cub gave a final swat, and left.
