Last month, archaeologists discovered a new chamber, in the Vanguard Cave in Gibraltar. The team had been studying Neanderthal artifacts in the cave system. The chamber was sealed with sand that was 40,000 years old, so anything within, was likely left by our closest extinct relatives, the Neanderthals. I wonder what they left behind.

Wild Boars Roaming Around Rome

The city of Rome, in Italy, has been invaded by wild boars. At lest 5000 of the hairy pigs, which can grow to be 5 feet long and weigh 220 pounds, are living in the city’s parks. Hundreds of boars often leave the parks, to wander the streets, and rummage through garbage for food.
