There may be a new way, to keep insects from eating your garden. Researchers developed an odor that smells like fear. Ladybugs are natural predators of plant-eating insects, so their scent scares crop-destroying pests away. By using a diffuser, to spread the smell of ladybugs, farmers could save crops without using pesticides.

Scientists have found a 1-inch-long fossilized skull, in South America. It came from a reptile named Taytalura alcoberi, a type of lepidosaur from the Mesozoic Era. Modern-day lepidosaurs include tuatara, snakes and lizards. The tiny Taylatura lived 231,000,000 years ago, alongside massive dinosaurs and towering trees, trying not to get stepped on.
