If you love collecting Pokemon, but don’t want to capture, train, and battle them, you might enjoy New Pokemon Snap. The game, created for the Nintendo Switch, lets you explore islands, and photograph Pokemon. There are around 200 different Pokemon to locate. Observe them in their natural habitat, and get them to pose for you.

The Name is Longer Than the Frog

Some of the tiniest frogs in the world, are types of pumpkin toadlets. Their bright orange color makes them easy to spot, and warns predators that they’re poisonous. They also glow neon green, under ultraviolet light. A new pumpkin toadlet species was recently discovered, in the mountains of Brazil. Its name is Brachycephalus rotenbergae.

The organism, named Bicellum brasieri, lived 1,000,000,000 years ago, and has 2 different types of cells. It was only 3 hundredths of a millimeter across, and looked like a round blob, but it could bridge the evolutionary gap between single-celled and multi-celled creatures.
