British Transport Police in Lancashire, have a suspect in custody, who assaulted an officer. It’s a sheep! The sheep was running loose on the streets, and he head-butted the officer who was trying to round him up. No one was hurt and the sheep was safely captured. He’ll probably get off with a warning.

David Rush holds more than 100 world records, and he just earned another one. This time, it was for popping 200 balloons with a nail, in 14.77 seconds. His 100th record was holding 100 lit candles in his mouth. David said he sets records to promote STEM education, by encouraging kids to learn science, technology, engineering, and math.

For the first time ever, an albino panda was spotted in China. A motion-activated camera captured an image of the white panda, walking through a bamboo forest in the Wolong National Nature Reserve. The rare panda is only 1 to 2 years old, and looked strong and healthy. I hope the camera gets more pictures!

When Jose Aldenizio saw a sloth trying to cross a busy road in Brazil, he stopped to help. He picked the sloth up carefully, and carried him across to safety. Jose held him up to a tree trunk, and waved goodbye as the sloth climbed up. To his surprise, the grateful sloth waved back!

Hexa is a small, crab-like robot that you can buy and modify. Sun Tianqui modified his Hexa to care for a plant! The plant sits on top of the robot, so the robot can move it from shade to sun. It also stomps its feet when the plant needs water, so you can’t forget!

It’s Grape Popsicle Day, and Sun Screen Day. 11 year-old Frank Epperson invented popsicles in 1905, when he left a stick in his grape soda and it froze. They were originally called Eppsicles! Apply your sunblock, then enjoy popsicles in the sun!
