Why did the chickens cross the road? To go shopping! Someone had dropped off chickens across the street from a store, in Milton West Virginia. Animal control ended up chasing them around the parking lot with nets. They finally caught the chickens, and released them in nearby woods. I guess they’re wild chickens now!

An aquarium in Tennessee put up a Christmas tree, next to the electric eel’s tank. The tree’s lights are actually powered by Miguel Mattson, the eel! Whenever he discharges electricity, sensors in the water transfer the charge to lights and speakers, so you can see and hear his power!

It’s supposed to make the viewer consider how objects move through the world. Another artist, David Datuna, ate it!
