Visitors to Sarajevo’s tourist fair got to eat some, and the rest were delivered to orphanages, senior centers, and migrants. pancakes for everyone!

They encouraged doves to roost on their land by feeding them. Later, pigeons were used as messengers or pets. Today, 400 million pigeons live on buildings instead of cliffs, eating human food!

Drivers of electric vehicles sometimes worry about finding a charging station. But the Sparkcharge company plans on making it as easy as ordering a pizza. A phone app will allow drivers to order a charger delivery. $20 worth of electric charge will last them 100 miles. Sparkchargers are also 14 times faster than home electric vehicle chargers!

The first Hyperloop tunnel, an underground high-speed transportation system, is scheduled to open to the public on December 10th. The system will carry passengers under Los Angeles, at speeds up to 155 miles per hour! The day after it opens, free rides will be offered. If you’ll be in California, go check it out.

You never know what you’ll find at the thrift store. Someone recently donated a framed newspaper to a Goodwill store in the United States. It was from 1774, before the American Revolution! The staff at Goodwill had it authenticated, and believe it’s probably worth around $18,000. What a generous donation!

Amber Dorange, a French 12 year-old, had written a note, sealed it in a bottle, and dropped it overboard while on a cruise in the Canary Islands. Hurricane Florence caused waves to carry it across the Atlantic Ocean to North Carolina, where Jake and Blake Wilson found it! It was sent by Hurricane Mail!

A recent misunderstanding had chicken owners upset. The Centers for Disease Control didn’t say, you couldn’t dress your chicken up in a costume. They simply advised people to wash their hands and the costumes afterwards! The rest of us who don’t have chickens, can still appreciate seeing photos of chickens dressed for Halloween!
