Reviving Lakes in India

Ramveer Tanwar is a 26 year-old engineer on a mission. His home region in Uttar Pradesh India, was plagued by repeated droughts. The lakes were polluted and drying up, so he recruited help to pull trash from the lakes, install water filtration systems, and plant trees along the shorelines. He’s revived 10 lakes in only 5 years!

Don’t Crack the Giant Egg!

A town in Brazil has captured the world record for the largest decorated Easter egg. Over the course of 48 hours, during Osterfest, people assembled an egg in Santa Caterina, that was nearly 50 feet tall! It was painted in the style of artist Silvana Pujol, who painted eggs in every size, from hummingbird to ostrich!

Lemurs + Yoga = Lemoga

A hotel in England, is helping people de-stress with lemoga. That’s short for lemur yoga. Armathwaite Hall offers outdoor yoga classes, with a bunch of cute, stripey-tailed, fuzzy lemurs to keep you company, and show you their favorite yoga poses! The grounds are also home to meerkats, alpacas, and an eagle. Sign me up!
