In Uttarakhand India, a wild leopard wandered into a hotel unnoticed. Security footage shows the leopard roaming around the lobby for about 15 minutes, before guests spotted it leaving. I guess the leopard wanted a room, but couldn’t find anyone at the registration desk. He’ll probably leave them a bad review!

Last year, Pat Smith’s New Year’s resolution was to clean up one British beach every week. The English grandmother picked up trash on 52 beaches, from Coverack to Blackpool Sands. This year, she has no plans of stopping! She started the campaign, Final Straw Cornwall, to inspire others to keep the beaches clean!

How fast can you ride your bike? The world record for fastest speed, riding in a slipstream, is 183.9 miles per hour! Denise Mueller-Korenek had to ride directly behind a dragster, driven by Shea Holbrook. An attachment on the car reduced wind resistance. The 2 women performed the feat at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.

There’s a new invention that will revolutionize pizza-eating. It’s a Pizza Fork! The fork has a built-in cutting wheel, so you don’t need a knife. The inventor, Daniel Morvec, also created the Pizza Pouch, a plastic zippered pouch that holds a slice of pizza, to wear around your neck. He sells them at Stupidiotic.com.

Amy McCann traveled to the 2016 Olympics in Rio, and brought souvenir flip-flops back home to Australia. But her favorite shoes recently disappeared off her front porch. Security cameras show a fox stealing a flip, then coming back for the flop! He returned again to take a baseball, but left a dead rat in payment.

A giant circle of ice, is spinning in the Presumpscot River in Maine. The ice disc is 300 feet across, and rotates slowly in a counter-clockwise direction. When water melts from the ice, it sinks and causes a vertical vortex. The local ducks don’t care how it happens. They just enjoy sitting on a merry-go-round!

The Tanzanian island of Kokota was struggling. Its 500 residents had harvested so many trees and resources, that lack of shade caused the soil to turn to dust, and the rivers to dry up. Conservationists from the island of Pemba, helped Kokota plant 300,000 trees, and the island is beginning to thrive again. Trees are awesome!
