Students Pour Unusual Coffee

Students at the Indian International School Sharjah,in the United Arab Emirates, set 2 new world records. The 5,445 students formed an image of a giant coffee pot. They also formed the largest human transforming image, when some of the students poured out into a cup like a stream of coffee! They didn’t add cream or sugar.

Deer, Oh Dear!

It seems like deer get stuck in weird places. Firefighters in Pennsylvania, rescued a deer who got stuck in a backyard pool. In Massachusetts, a deer traipsed through a car dealership. A deer in Arkansas ran around inside a courthouse, and in India, a deer got trapped in a school bathroom! Oh Dear!

Donkey and Emu in Love

Jack is a donkey, and Diane is an emu, but that hasn’t stopped them from being best friends! The Carolina Waterfowl Rescue found the animals abandoned on a farm, and asked for someone to adopt the unusual couple. Actors Jeffery Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton, gave Jack and Diane a home on their farm!

Ride for Free in Luxembourg

Luxembourg might be a small country, with only 560,000 residents, but it has big traffic problems. 180,000 French and Belgian commuters add thousands of cars to the roads every day. Starting in 2020, the country will offer free public transportation to everyone! Hopefully, free rides on buses, trams, and trains, will stop the traffic jams!

Breakfast Beer

Kellogg’s Corn Flakes aren’t just for breakfast anymore. The cereal company’s reduced its food waste in the UK by 12.5%, by turning it’s rejected flakes into beer. Pieces that are too big or small, become ingredients in “Throw Away IPA”, brewed by Seven Bro7hers Brewery. They’ll also donate 10 pence per can, to the Fareshare Charity.
