The creatures of Earth adapt and survive in this fictional future, showing nature is unstoppable!

A new lightweight glove can give users the feeling that they’re touching virtual reality objects. The glove, called DextrES, works by using electrostatic attraction between thin, elastic metal strips, and will soon be powered by a small battery. Eventually, a whole-body suit could be developed. The grade will factor in transportation, pesticides, packaging, and greenhouse emissions that were created to get the food to the shelf. It will encourage companies to go green!

The Great Pumpkin and Friends

The St. Croix Growers’ Association measured their top 10 pumpkins last weekend, and came out with a world record. The average weight was 1,912 pounds! The Stillwater Ohio group’s largest pumpkin tipped the scales at 2,091 pounds. You wouldn’t be exaggerating if you said that pumpkin weighed a ton! You’d have to carve it with a chainsaw.
