Today is Paczki Day, Fastnacht Day, and Pancake Day. Paczki is a Polish jam or custard-filled donut, and fastnacht is a German pastry. IHOP restaurants will celebrate by giving out free pancakes! If you don’t like pancakes and pastries, you can simply celebrate Snack Day. I’ll have some of everything!

Ghost on the Moon

On Sunday, Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost robotic spacecraft, landed on the Moon. It was the first successful lunar touchdown, by a commercial lander. The Texas company will conduct experiments sponsored by NASA for 2 weeks, which is one lunar day. The data collected, will help return humans to the Moon later this decade.
