The world’s tallest topiary sculpture was assembled in Dubai this week. The Dubai Miracle Garden collaborated with the Walt Disney Company to build a 59-foot tall Mickey Mouse out of flowers and greenery. The sculpture weighs 35 tons and is covered in petunias, violas, zinnias, geraniums, and alternantheras. I bet it smells beautiful!

A 12 year-old Indian girl broke a world record by singing songs in the most languages. During a 6 hour concert in Dubai, which was the longest live concert ever performed by a child, Suchetha Satish sang songs in 102 different languages! It would probably take most people 6 hours to think of 102 languages!

To welcome in the new year, the tallest building in the world had the biggest light show in the world. Burj Khalifa, a skyscraper in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, became a canvas for a dazzling laser light show. The “Light Up 2018” display covered 27 acres, or about 20 football fields!
