Los Angeles is the latest city to use a new way to raise money for charity. They unveiled 6 parking meters to collect change for the homeless. Denver, Milwaukee, Washington DC, Detroit, Pasadena, and Indianapolis have similar programs. The meters have happy faces painted on them because it feels good to help others!

YouTube star Casey Neistat turned an abandoned shopping mall in Milwaukee Wisconsin into a winter wonderland to surprise children from the Boys and Girls Club. He had a skating rink, sledding hill and gingerbread house, and snowboarders performed tricks on the escalators. Paul Leys of Samsung gave kids phones to learn to create videos.
