Don’t Dunk That Doughnut

Chances are you’ve never seen a rare snow doughnut. To form, they need a thin layer of wet snow on top of ice or powder snow, and either wind that’s just strong enough to push the doughnut, or a hill for gravity to do the work. The tallest doughnut photographed was 26 inches tall!
