Scuba divers in Victoria Australia set a new world record on Saturday. Over 350 divers created the longest underwater chain by joining hands while submerged. They hoped to bring attention to the fantastic diving opportunities in the local waters, which include 4 submarine wrecks. The chain was more than 295 yards long!

A rainbow in Taiwan claimed a new world record! The rainbow was observed in Taipei for 8 hours and 58 minutes. The previous record for longest rainbow was six hours. Rainbows are made when sunlight shines through raindrops. The raindrop becomes a tiny prism, which splits the white light into colors.

Last year, 12 year-old Syrafina Mohammed became the youngest person to run a 13 mile half marathon in all 50 states. 9 year-old Aiden Jaquez wants to break that record! He plans to finish the 50 States Half Marathon Challenge by the time he’s 11. But Syrafina’s second record will still stand. She did it in less than a year!
