1000 Reasons to Smile

The Burmese roofed turtle, looks like it’s wearing a permanent smile. The turtles finally have something to smile about. They were on the brink of extinction in Myanmar, when the Turtle Survival Alliance and the Wildlife Conservation Society set out to save them. After raising 1000 turtles in captivity, they’ll be released into the wild.
