Allergies to Exercise are Real

Some people joke that they are allergic to exercise, but exercise-induced anaphylaxis, or E I A for short, is a real condition. The allergy can cause digestion problems, wheezing, and hives. But you’ll need an official diagnosis before you can use allergies as an excuse to get out of gym class!
