Beavers are Engineering Experts

When Emma Doden was a student at Utah State University, she decided to see how beavers, could improve the desert. They relocated beavers from urban areas, and let them get to work. The beavers built dams that helped restore rivers, trap sediment, and improve habitats for other creatures. Beavers are the original ecosystem engineers!
