You have to be old enough, to make the important choice to get a tattoo, because you’ll have it for the rest of your life. A Michigan woman decided to get her first tattoo, to celebrate her 103rd birthday! Dorothy Pollack got a small frog on her arm, then took her first motorcycle ride!
