Cigarette Butts Are Litter, Too

California’s Sally Dawley is proud to be known as the “Butt Lady of Auburn.” For the last 3 1/2 years, she’s been counting how many cigarette butts she picks up. She reached 1,000,000 on Valentine’s Day. She wishes people would quit smoking, or at least dispose of the butts properly instead of littering. So do I!
