Goats Prevent Wildfires

Portugal is trying a surprising way to prevent the spread of wildfires: goats. They eat the dry vegetation that helps wildfires spread so quickly. Some regions in the United States have also used goats for fire prevention. By financing goat herds, Portugal is supporting goat herders, and populating the country with goaty cuteness!
