Have you ever seen a backwards waterfall? Garry McNabb was visiting Ireland’s famous Cliffs of Moher, and captured video of water pouring up the wall! The winds were so strong, that they were blowing water from the ocean hundreds of feet below, straight up and over the face of the cliff!
