Hiroshi Kuroda is a Japanese chef. He was often asked how long or thin noodles could be, so he decided to find out! He took an hour to form one long egg noodle in his wok, using sesame oil to keep it from breaking. The world’s longest egg noodle is now 602 feet, 9 inches long!
