Paid Off in Peanut Butter

The University of Alaska is trying to help combat student hunger, while making it easier to pay parking tickets. They’re allowing people to pay off their parking fines, by donating jars of peanut butter and jelly! I wonder if any hungry students will collect their own parking fines, from the Emergency Food Cache.
