Raccoons Party Too Hard

Some raccoons in West Virginia, had the neighbors worried that they were rabid. As it turns out, they were just surly drunks! The raccoons had been eating fermented crabapples, and got a tad tipsy. After animal control captured them, they sobered up, and were released into the woods unharmed.
