Shiva Oswal wins $250,000, youngest Whiz Kid.

Shiva Oswal, at age 13, just became the youngest contestant to win $250,000 in “Who Wants to be a Millionaire Whiz Kids Edition”.  He plans to donate some of his winnings to charity and wants to save the rest for college.
