Skipping Stones Through Space

Last week, a camera from the Global Meteor Network, captured a rare sight. The video shows a shooting star streaking through Earth’s atmosphere, than bouncing back into space. The meteoroid was likely fairly small, and was a rock from a Jupiter family orbit. It skipped off the atmosphere, like a stone on a lake!
