Starting the Year On the Naughty List

A 7 year-old boy in Ontario Canada was so unhappy with his gift, he called the police for help! He dialed 9-1-1 to report that his cruel parents gave him snow pants for Christmas. The police department will not file charges for misuse of the emergency number, but they recommend putting him on the naughty list.
