Tackling Pollution Bit by Bit
The European Parliament just approved a ban on many types of single-use plastics. Drink stirrers, cotton swabs, straws, and plastic utensils will be the first things to go. They are hoping it will cut back on pollution, and plan to use replacements that are better for the environment. It’s a good first step!
