Take Your Kid to Work 700,000 Years Ago

700,000 year-old footprints in Ethiopia are giving researchers an idea of what childhood was like in the past. Children as young as 2 left footprints around a site where a hippo had been hunted and prepared for eating. Parents brought children along when they hunted and let them create stone tools. They didn’t get babysitters!
