Just a reminder: don’t call the emergency number, unless it’s an emergency! In Essex England, someone called 999 to report a neighbor for snoring. No matter how loud and annoying, snoring is never a reason to dial the emergency line. Instead, find some earplugs, or learn to play the drums.
