Who Wants to Go for a Walk?

Dogs in the Australian Capital Territory want to go for a walk, and their owners are now required by law to take them! Owners can be fined $2700 if their dogs aren’t walked at least once a day. The Animal Welfare law also requires that adequate food, water, and shelter are provided. Hooray for dogs!
